DO NOT UNZIP THIS FILE
Instructions for Downloading Templates and starting new data files
**Note: TKO Business Modeller Software must be installed prior to installing templates**
1. Select download link of the template (or right click zip/cab file)
2. Select “Save” (Save as)
3. You may save it in any location but the default location that TKO uses is C:/Documents and settings/<Your name>/Application Data/TKO/Template (if TKO was loaded without change to its directory)
4. Select “Save”
Using the Template to Create a Data File
1. Open TKO
2. In the Database Manager window select the ‘Create new from Template' link on the right hand side and the template window will open
3. Browse for the folder that you saved the template in and select it
4. Click on the template you wish to use & select the ‘Load from template’ button
5. Enter a name for the database & select OK
6. Select the location for the data file (e.g. c:/ & select OK) Select YES at the warning screen
7. Once the template loaded advise displays select OK & close the template window
8. You will be asked if you would like to start work on the new database now, choose Yes.
9. You will now be in the new data file that was created from the template & may go ahead & make additions, changes & alterations etc.
**Note: The template is still intact & may be used again to create another data file. **
