Policy and Procedure Templates

Creating business documents that are easy to read and useful for your employees is a challenging task.  Using a document layout template to ensure consitency is important.  To ensure that your employees always use your policy and procedure documents, and have confidence in them, prepare a template that you are happy with and try to always use the same one.

Once you are happy with your template use it to prepare all future documents.  Never delete any standard headings...simply insert "not applicable".  Choose a standard text font, colour and size and also ensure that these remain consistent.
