The TBS Story
Transform Business Systems is a business systems documentation company that delivers solutions that help companies “transform busy into business”.

TBS offers businesses ways to Systemise, Empower and Transform their way of working.

At Transform Business Systems our goal is to assist businesses to analyse how they do what they do (systems), measure it, review it, improve it & document it. The result is a business that has its own momentum independent of the owner or staff, whilst at the same time giving clarity to all parties as to their position, role and expectations.

Tony Fanfulla and Sarah Tebbutt - experienced sales and marketing professionals as well as seasoned business owners, founded TBS in 2003 and took on the distribution of the Turn Key Operation (TKO) software product which was designed and developed by Pat Williams of Cornstalk Software.

TKO has been in development and use for 10 years and has undergone extensive testing. It has received much praise from its growing user base, comprised of small to medium enterprises, large corporations, industry bodies, Not for Profit organisations and local and state government bodies representing a diverse range of industry categories. TKO is now used in 10 countries including Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, United States and Sweden.

TKO software was created from a vision to provide the business world with “…one of the most exciting software products since Microsoft Word replaced the typewriter.”

The TBS team has now been involved in helping hundreds of businesses systemise and transform and now the company has a distributor network of consulting professionals around Australia and New Zealand as well as the TBS team.

Transform Business Systems is proud to be bringing the renowned Breakthrough network to the Yarra Ranges. As a member of the local business community we are looking forward to being able to facilitate a quality event and assist local business people to make important connections throughout their community.

The next event is scheduled for May 20th 2009 at Chateau Yering Oak Room just 10 minutes from Lilydale in the beautiful Yarra Valley. We are thrilled to have Melbourne born entrepreneur Andrew Darbyshire speak at this event which will make it even more important to attend.
